National Assembly
The National Assembly is AMSI’s annual general meeting and the highest decision-making body of the Association. Delegates from every chapter across Ireland attend to:
Vote on motions that set the Association’s direction
Elect the National Committee
Debate issues of national importance in medical education and practice
Provide feedback on policies, advocacy campaigns, and strategic plans
Participants of the AMSI National General Assembly, held on October 11th, 2025, at Trinity College Dublin. The event brought together local chapter presidents and national committee members from all 8 member schools across the Island of Ireland.
