What is Neuroaesthetics?
According to Brattico Elvira, the professor of neuroscience at Denmark’s Aarhus University, “Neuroaesthetics investigates performing arts as an expressive art that incorporates motor and emotional responses, as well as the typically studied cognitive processes of creativity”. In simpler terms, it is a subject area that explores the interface between anatomical neurology and artistic creativity.
